BOARD CHANGES

Flexiroam Limited (ASX: FRX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tat Seng Koh as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Koh has extensive experience in corporate finance, having successfully listed two companies on the London Stock Exchange, Pure Circle and MayAir. Mr Koh’s appointment follows his recent notification in becoming a substantial shareholder in the Company.

The Board has also accepted the resignations of Ms Cheryl Yeoh and Mr Wai Hong Fong, who were appointed as Non-Executive Directors in October 2016. The Board wishes to record its appreciation for the valuable contribution made by Cheryl and Wai Hong during an important period in the Company’s evolution, and wishes them both well in their future endeavours.

An Appendix 3X for Mr Koh and Appendix 3Z’s for Ms Yeoh and Mr Fong will follow this announcement.
