Flexiroam Limited (“ the Company ”) wishes to advise that Mr Kim Hogg has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company, following the resignation of Ms Deborah Ho.

Kim Hogg

Mr Hogg (B Com) has worked in the private sector for more than twenty years as a principal of an accounting practice providing specialist services to clients seeking to raise capital and list on ASX. He has predominantly been involved in the preparation of prospectuses and in compliance work as company secretary for both listed and unlisted entities, and is currently secretary of several ASXlisted companies.
