APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTORS

Flexiroam Limited (ASX:FRX) (“Flexiroam”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Cheryl Yeoh and Mr Fong Wai Hong as Directors of Flexiroam. Their appointments will become effective on 1st October 2016.

Ms Yeoh was the founding CEO of Malaysian Global Innovation & Creative Centre (MaGIC). The MaGIC Accelerator Program (MAP) accelerates 75 early-stage companies from all over ASEAN in a 4-month program twice a year, the largest and most robust program of its kind in Asia.

She also co-founded Reclip.It, a company that developed a personalized shopping list app that helped people save money by matching list items with digital coupons and weekly ads from top retail stores. In 2012, Reclip.It was selected by Instyle Magazine as “Best of the Web” and in 2013, was acquired by Walmart Labs.

Prior to Reclip.It, Ms Yeoh co-founded CityPockets Inc. in 2010, the very first digital wallet and secondary marketplace for daily deals.

Ms Yeoh currently runs her own advisory and consulting services company, Cheryl Yeoh & Co., and also serves as Advisor to CEO & Acting CMO to Hack Reactor - a 12-week immersive school for software engineers with locations in California, Texas and New York.

Ms Yeoh holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering and a Masters of Engineering in Engineering Management.

Mr Fong Wai Hong is a serial tech entrepreneur and was named Australia's Best Young Entrepreneur in 2011 by StartupSmart and was amongst Melbourne's top 100 most influential people as published by The Age Newspaper that same year.

Immediately after completing his BA at the University of Melbourne, Mr Fong co-founded and was the Managing Director at OZHut - a Multi niche online retailer - for 5 years. OzHut was ranked in the Top 100 Fastest Growing Startups in Australia in 2011 and received numerous other awards for its innovative and fast-growing e-Business platform.

Mr Fong is also the Co-founder of StoreHub, a Cloud Based Store Management System for SMEs. Storehub was a finalist in Alliancebank Bizsmart Academy SME Innovation Challenge (2014).

Flexiroam Managing Director, Jef Ong welcomes Ms Yeoh and Mr. Fong’s appointment, “Both Cheryl’s and Wai Hong’s expertise and experience will be a great boost to Flexiroam’s growth and expansion plans.”

Ms Yeoh and Mr Fong will be Non-Executive Directors and are considered by the Board to be independent.
