NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR
Flexiroam Limited (ASX:FRX), (“Flexiroam” or the “Company”) advises that effective from 23 October 2020, Rothsay Audit and Assurance Pty Ltd ( Rothsay ) has been appointed as auditor of the Company.
This appointment follows the outcome of a review and competitive tender process undertaken by the Board of Directors. In accordance with this process and s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001, the Company has received the resignation of Crowe Sydney and ASIC’s consent to the resignation.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank the Crowe Sydney team for their past assistance and services to the Company.
The appointment of Rothsay as auditors of the Company and its controlled entities will be recommended by the Board for ratification at the Company’s next annual general meeting.
