CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Flexiroam Limited (ASX: FRX) advises that Crowe Horwath Sydney has been appointed as the Company’s Auditors with effect from today, 18 October 2018.

The appointment follows the resignation of BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd, and ASIC’s consent to their resignation.

The change of auditor has occurred as a result of a tender process.
