DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Flexiroam Limited (ASX:FRX) ( Flexiroam or the Company ) advises that it is intending to hold its 2023 Annual General Meeting at 12:00pm (AWST) on Monday, 19 June 2023.
The closing date for the receipt of director nominations is 1 May 2023 and any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on this date.
Flexiroam will provide further details regarding the Annual General Meeting in a separate notice of meeting to be issued in due course.
