First Graphene Admitted to OTCQB Market in the USA

First Graphene Limited (ASX:FGR; “First Graphene” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the Company is now quoted on the OTCQB trading platform in the USA, trading under the OTCQB:FGPHF ticker. This initiative has been undertaken to cater for increased investor and trading interest within the USA and provides expanded global investor access when viewed with the Company’s Frankfurt quotations.

The OTCQB replaced the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)-operated OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) as the main market for trading OTC securities that report to a U.S. regulator. The OTCQB marketplace is run through OTC Link, an inter-dealer quotation and trading system developed by OTC Markets Group. OTC Link is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a broker-dealer and also as an alternative trading system (ATS).

First Graphene CEO Michael Bell said expansion into the OTCQB trading platform was an important milestone for First Graphene.

“With growing interest in First Graphene coming out of the United States, it is important we ensure transparency and accessibility for our investors. The OTCQB represents a level of regulatory protection for U.S. Investors, which provides confidence for investing in ASX listed entities.”

OTCQB companies must meet certain minimum reporting standards, pass a bid test, and undergo annual verification.
