Change of Company Secretary

First Graphene Limited (ASX:FGR, OTCQB:FGPHF, FRA:M11) (“First Graphene”; “FGR” and/or the “Company”) advises of a change of Company Secretary, with the appointment of Mr Brett Tucker effective today. Mr Tucker has over 15 years of experience providing Company Secretarial services to ASX-listed and private companies across various industries.

Concurrently, Ms Elizabeth Lee resigns as Company Secretary and the Board extends its thanks for her contribution.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Tucker will be the person responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
