Despatch of Entitlement Prospectus

Advanced materials company, First Graphene Limited (“FGR” or “the Company”) (ASX: FGR) is pleased to advise despatch of the prospectus and personalised Entitlement and Acceptance forms to Eligible shareholders for the nonrenounceable entitlement issue announced on 24 April has occurred today.

The offer is one (1) Share for every ten (10) Shares held, together with one (1) free attaching Listed Option (New Option) for every one (1) Share subscribed for and issued. In addition, provision has also been made on the Entitlement and Acceptance form for Eligible shareholders to apply for additional Shares and Options should they wish.
