Entitlement Issue Update

Advanced materials company, First Graphene Limited (“FGR” or “the Company”) (ASX: FGR) refers to its current entitlement issue offer of one Share for every 10 Shares held by Eligible Shareholders at an issue price of $0.13 per Share with one free attaching option for ever one Share issued ( Entitlement Issue ).

The Company advises it will not be seeking to extend the closing date of 9 June 2020.

Accordingly, all Eligible Shareholders who wish to apply under the Entitlement Issue must do so by 5.00pm (WST) on 9 June 2020 .

The Company is also pleased to advise that each of the Directors’ will be applying for their respective Entitlements in whole.
