Change of Name and ASX Code, Post Consolidation Capital, and Change of Registered Address

Following shareholder approval at the Company’s General Meeting on 10 December 2012, Robe Australia Limited advises that it has changed its name to Mongolian Resources Limited, ASX Code: MRF.

Also following shareholder approval at the Company’s General Meeting on 10 December 2012, the Company has now completed the 1 for 40 share consolidation. As a result, the Company confirms that the total number of securities in Mongolian Resources Limited on issue (post consolidation) is:

Ordinary Fully Paid Shares – 11,407,173 Quoted Options expiring 31 December 2014 at $0.40 – 7,054,763

New holding statements and option certificates have been despatched to securityholders.

Amended Appendix 3Y’s for all directors have also been lodged reflecting post consolidation holdings.
