Appointment of Company Secretary

First Graphene Limited (ASX: FGR; “First Graphene” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Ms. Elizabeth Lee as it’s Company Secretary effective 19[th] February 2024.

Elizabeth is a highly experienced business professional with 20+ years of experience serving on several Australian company boards as a director, or Company secretary. She currently holds a Directorship at Nannup Truffles Growers Co-Operative Ltd and is also a Company Secretary at Forrestfield & Districts Community Financial Services Ltd and PRL Global Ltd. Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in finance completed from Edith Cowan University.

Following Elizabeth’s appointment, Aditya Asthana, current Company Secretary, will cease this role with Company on the 15[th] of March 2024.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Elizabeth Lee is the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
