Chief Financial Officer Announces Retirement

HIGHLIGHTS

• CFO and Founding Director announces intention to retire

• Three-month notice period to be fulfilled as search for new CFO commences

• Marks end of 35-year international career as a company executive

First Graphene Limited (ASX:FGR; “First Graphene” or “the Company”) advises that Chief Financial Officer and Director Peter Youd has given the Board three months’ notice of his intention to retire.

Mr Youd commenced working as one of the Founding Directors of the Company in 2012.

First Graphene Chairman Warwick Grigor thanked Mr Youd for his valuable contribution in establishing the Company as the frontrunner in the emerging global graphene industry.

“As part of the executive team, Peter has been instrumental in guiding the Company from establishment through to being the world’s leading producer of commercially viable graphene,” Mr Grigor said.

“Not only has he ensured that all policies, procedures and governance requirements are strictly adhered to, but Peter played a key role in building customer relationships.”

“On behalf of the Board and staff of First Graphene, I’d like to wish him all the best for his well-deserved retirement.”

The Company has commenced its search for a new Chief Financial Officer who will work with the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer to take the Company through its next phase of growth.
