FGR Appoints Managing Director

HIGHLIGHTS

 Current CEO, Michael Bell, appointed Managing Director

First Graphene Limited (ASX:FGR; “First Graphene” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce it has appointed its current CEO, Michael Bell to the post of Managing Director.

Michael joined First Graphene in January 2021 and has since lead the commercialisation strategy for the company. This appointment is a clear reflection of the confidence the Board has in Michael’s leadership and vision for the company.

First Graphene Chairman, Mr Grigor said: “Mike has demonstrated exceptional commercial ability and has very quickly given me the confidence that the company is in good hands. Mike is very measured and strategic in his approach and combining that with his open and inclusive leadership style has really galvanised the team. I am looking forward to First Graphene’s journey and wish Mike the very best in his new expanded role.”

Mr Bell said: “I am very pleased to accept this appointment and am excited to continue to lead First Graphene to greater heights.”

Mr Bell commenced in the role in July 2021

ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4 Disclosures

Material terms of Michael’s employment contract are a base salary of AUD350,000 per year paid on a monthly basis. In addition to the base salary, the Company will also make monthly employer contributions on behalf of Mr Bell to the superannuation fund of his choice to the value of 10% of his base salary per annum. The Company may at its sole discretion terminate the employment contract with not less than three (3) month’s written notice. All other material terms are in line with Michael’s original contract of employment as CEO previously disclosed to the ASX on the 14th of December 2020.
