Date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) Closing date for Director nominations Meeting Documents
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 First Graphene Limited (“ FGR ” or “t he Company ”) (ASX: FGR) announces that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Monday, 17 October 2022 .
In accordance with Clause 13.3 of the Company’s constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as director is Monday, 5 September 2022. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00 PM (AWST) on 5 September 2022.
