Public Holdings (Australia) Limited (‘Company’) Net Tangible Assets in accordance with Listing Rule 4.12

At a General Meeting of shareholders held on 8 September 2014, it was resolved to return to ordinary shareholders an amount equal to 85% of the Company’s net assets on a pro-rata basis.

Following this return of capital the Net Tangible Assets of the Company at 30 September 2014 was $0.0105 per share.
