Director Appointment and Resignation

First Au Limited (ASX: FAU) ("FAU" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Lachlan Kenna as a Non-Executive Director, effective 11 May 2026.

Mr Kenna is an experienced production and growth geologist with over a decade of experience, focused primarily within the Eastern Goldfields. Mr Kenna holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours and professional Membership of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

Prior to joining the Board of FAU, Mr Kenna was the Geology Manager at Beacon Minerals Limited. Mr Kenna has worked extensively within the Kalgoorlie region on operations including KCGM, Beta Hunt and Daisy Milano.

Lachlan Kenna commented:

"I am excited to join the FirstAu team as we grow the company's portfolio and further develop its assets. I am confident that FirstAu is well positioned to emerge as a growing Gold Focused company with compelling gold prospects and a strong corporate position."

The Company also advises that Mr Lei Shi has resigned as a Non-Executive Director effective 11 May 2026 to focus on his other business interests.

The Board thanks Mr Lei Shi for his contributions to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
