Further to the Company’s announcement on 6 June 2016, the Company wishes to advise that it has entered into a formal Share Swap Agreement which definitively records the terms of its proposed acquisition of Mobilicom Limited. Execution of the Share Swap Agreement represents satisfaction of a key condition to the acquisition. The Company will make further announcements regarding the status of the transaction in due course.
