DESPATCH OF RIGHTS ISSUE PROSPECTUS
First AU Limited [ASX:FAU] ( FAU ) is pleased to advise that the prospectus and accompanying entitlement and acceptance form for the non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue offer of 4 new options for every 5 shares held at the Record Date at an issue price of $0.005 (0.5 cents) per new option to raise approximately $2.45 million before costs ( Rights Issue Offer ) has been despatched to eligible shareholders today.
New options are to have an exercise price of $0.028 (2.8 cents), expiry date of 1 July 2023 and will, upon exercise, entitle the holder to one fully paid ordinary share in the capital of the Company.
FAU confirms that the Rights Issue Offer is now open and, unless otherwise extended, will close at 5:00pm (AEDT) on 26 March 2021 (which date may change without notice).
