CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

First Au Limited [ASX:FAU] ( FAU ) is pleased to advise that Paul Godfrey has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective immediately. Paul is an associate at law firm Quinert Rodda & Associates and has practiced exclusively in corporate and commercial law since his admission in February 2017.

David McBain has retired from the role of Company Secretary to focus on his role as CFO. The Board thanks David McBain for his service as Company Secretary since 2006.
