PROPOSED AGM DATE

First Au Limited (ASX:FAU) (‘ the Company ’) advises that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held on 29 May 2023. Accordingly, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for receipt of director nominations is 18 April 2023 at 5pm (Melbourne time).
