Notice of Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
First Au Ltd (‘FAU’) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 28 May 2020 commencing at 11:00 am (Melbourne time) at:
The offices of McBain McCartin & Co, Chartered Accountants,
Level 1, 123 Whitehorse Road, Balwyn, Victoria, 3103
at which an election of Directors will be held.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, valid nominations for the position of Director must be received by the Company on or before 11:00am (Melbourne time) Tuesday 7 April 2020, being at least 35 business days before the date of the Annual General Meeting. Nominations can be sent by email to [email protected] or sent by mail to the Company’s registered office.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders during April 2020. This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rules 3.13.1., 14.3 and 14.5.
Update of impact of COVID-19 on FAU’s AGM:

ASIC has advised that COVID-19 may temporarily impact on a company’s ability to hold an AGM and has confirmed that it will take no action if the AGM is postponed and supports the holding of AGMs using appropriate technology.

FAU is investigating the use of appropriate technology if the AGM is held on 28 May and not postponed.
