ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND ASX CODE
We refer to the Shareholder Approval granted at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 31 October 2018 to change the name of the Company from Monax Mining Limited to Auteco Minerals Limited (‘Auteco’).
The change of the Company name process has now been completed and the Australian Securities and Investment Commission has recorded the change of Company Name effective from 8 November 2018.
The effective date for the change of Company Name on the ASX will be Tuesday 27 November 2018 and the ASX Listing Code will change from “MOX” to “AUT”.
Auteco also advises that its registered office has changed to;
Ground Floor 70 Hindmarsh Square Adelaide SA 5000
Auteco’s exploration office has changed to;
Unit 6, 5 Colin Street West Perth WA 6005
