Restricted shares to be released from escrow
FireFly Metals Ltd ( ASX:FFM ) advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, that:
-
36,929 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 10 October 2024; and
-
5,866,667 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 23 October 2024.
The shares are held by Managing Director Stephen Parsons, Executive Director Michael Naylor and Chief Executive Officer Darren Cooke.
