Auteco Minerals Ltd ( Auteco or the Company ) (ASX: AUT) is pleased to release its activities and cash flow report for the three months ended 31 March 2019.

CORPORATE

On 11 February 2019, the Company received commitments for a placement of $500,000 (before cost) via the issue of 100 million shares to sophisticated investors. The funds, which were received in April will be used for ongoing exploration at Limestone Well and assess new opportunities.

Director, Mr Paul Payne announced his resignation from the Board, effective from 18 January 2019.

As at 31 March 2019, Auteco has a cash balance of $0.34m. For a breakdown of expenditures, refer to accompanying 5B.

EXPLORATION

During the current quarter a drill design was completed to test the vanadium and titanium target at Limestone Well. The program will appraise the potential for the project to host a substantial vanadium/titanium resource.

Soil sampling completed last quarter identified peak in soil values of 470ppm vanadium and 1.4% titanium, coincident with a magnetic high interpreted to be a continuation of the gabbro host to the Barrambie vanadium/titanium deposit . This anomaly represents a high priority drill target.

A drill contractor has also been sourced to undertake the drilling and field work is scheduled to be conducted in June/July 2019.

Auteco continues to actively review further mineral exploration properties for inclusion in the Company portfolio.
