FireFly Metals Ltd (ASX: FFM) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of FireFly Metals Ltd (‘FFM’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of FFM, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 26 September 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, FireFly Metals Ltd (ASX: FFM) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests a trading halt from receipt of this request until the earlier of release of the announcement, or the commencement of trade on Thursday, 26 September 2024.

The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt or of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX.
