Auteco Minerals Ltd (ASX: AUT) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Auteco Minerals Ltd (‘AUT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AUT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 21 February 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Auteco Minerals Ltd (ASX: AUT) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising.
The Company requests a trading halt from receipt of this request until the release of the announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading on Monday, 21 February 2022.
The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX.
