Auteco Minerals Ltd (ASX: AUT) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Auteco Minerals Ltd (‘AUT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AUT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 8 July 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Auteco Mineral Ltd (“Auteco” or “the Company”) (ASX: AUT) in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, requests a trading halt to be placed on the Company’s securities pending an announcement relating to a material capital raising.
The Company requests the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 8 July 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
