Closure of Non-Renounceable Entitlement Issue

The Directors of Monax Mining Limited wish to announce that the Non-Renounceable Entitlement Issue of Shares offer pursuant to the Prospectus lodged with ASIC on 30 May 2016 and the Extension of Offer notice on 21 June 2016 has closed.

The results of this Entitlement Issue will be announced on Wednesday 13 July 2016, once the Company has confirmation of cleared funds. The Shortfall will be dealt with in accordance with Part 1 of the Prospectus. The Directors thank all shareholders for their participation and support in relation to this Entitlement Issue.
