Extension of SPP Closing Date to 18 December 2015
Monax Mining Limited ( Monax or the Company ) wishes to advise its shareholders that the closing date of the Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) has been extended to Friday 18 December 2015.
During the past week, the Company has received assay results from samples taken at its newlyacquired Mt Ringwood Gold Project along with material information regarding the outlining of a significant target at the Western Gawler Craton Project. In line with ASX disclosure obligations, these results were immediately distributed to the market (See ASX Announcements dated 3 December 2015 and 8 December 2015).
In order to allow shareholders time to review all pertinent information, the Board has decided to extend the closing date by 7 days to Friday 18 December 2015.
