RIGHTS ISSUE – EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE

Monax Mining Ltd (ASX: MOX) wishes to advise that the Closing Date for its 1 for 3 nonrenounceable rights issue announced on 16 September 2013 ( Rights Issue ) has been extended to Thursday 14 November 2013.

The revised timetable for the Rights Issue is as follows:
