Resignation of CFO and Company Secretary
AuTECO Minerals Ltd (ASX: AUT) (“ Auteco ” or the “ Company ”) advises that Nicholas Katris, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, has ceased employment with the Company effective immediately.
The Company has commenced an executive search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Mr Michael Naylor, who is a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed interim Company Secretary until a replacement has been found.
