Director Resignation

Auteco Minerals Limited (ASX: AUT) “Auteco” advises that Mr Paul Payne has announced his resignation from the Board of Auteco, effective on 18 January 2019.

The Company would like to thank Mr Payne for his efforts and assistance during his period as a Director.

The Board will now consist of Mr Sam Brooks as Executive Director and Mr Michael Naylor and Mr Ian Gordon as Non-Executive Directors.
