Management Changes
The Board of Monax Mining Limited (ASX:MOX) advise that its Managing Director Mr Gary Ferris will step down from his position with immediate effect. Mr Ferris will continue to provide geological services to the Company on an as required basis.
The Board would like to thank Gary for his eight years of service to Monax since his appointment in 2009.
The Company has appointed Mr Ian Gordon to manage the Company’s affairs whilst it reviews a number of projects that have near term development potential.
Mr Gordon will not be paid a fee, but the Board has granted Mr Gordon 10,000,000 options exercisable at 1.5 cents on or before June 30, 2020. The grant of the options will be subject to shareholder approval.
Further information will be provided to shareholders as progress is made.
