Change of Company Secretary

Monax Mining Limited today announces the resignation of Ms. Virginia Suttell from the position of Company Secretary and the appointment of Ms. Kaitlin Smith to the position of Company Secretary, with effect from 20 January 2016. Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant. She is also the appointed person under Listing Rule 12.6 responsible for communication with ASX in relation to Listing Rules matters.
