Non-Executive Director Mr Reg Nelson resigns as a Director

Monax wishes to announce that Non-Executive Director Mr Reg Nelson has today resigned from the Board.

Mr Nelson has been a Director of the Company since August 2004.

Mr Nelson advised that his decision was based on his need to focus on other commitments, particularly as Managing Director of Beach Energy Limited at a time when it is engaged in a very expansive exploration and development program.

The Company’s Directors wish to publicly record their gratitude to Mr Nelson for his contribution.
