Retirement of Director and Appendix 3Z

As announced at Monax’s Annual General Meeting, Dr Neville Alley has retired from the Board. His resignation as a director became effective at the conclusion of the Meeting on 16 November 2011.

Monax would like to thank Dr Alley for his valuable contribution to the Company since 2005.
