RESIGNATION OF MANAGING DIRECTOR
Monax Mining Limited (" Monax " or " the Company ") (ASX: MOX) advises that Mr Michael Schwarz has tendered his resignation as the Managing Director of the Company to take effect on the 31[st] of August.
Mr Schwarz joined the Company in November 2005 and has provided valued support in the direction of the Company during this time.
The Board of Monax are very grateful for the role Mr Schwarz has played and the substantial work performed on behalf of the Company, and wish him well for the future.
