ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Auteco Minerals Ltd (ASX: AUT) (“ Auteco ” or the “ Company ”) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, Ernst & Young (“ EY ”) has been appointed as auditor of the Company with effect from today, 2 February 2021.

The appointment follows the resignation of Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd (“ Grant Thornton ”), and ASIC’s consent to Grant Thornton’s resignation, in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“ Act ”).

Tha change of auditor has occurred due to the Company tendering the external audit programme. The Board, selected EY based on their reputation, experience, and global recognition. EY has agreed to act as the Company’s auditor for the financial year commencing 1 July 2020 and subsequent financial years.

In accordance with s327C of the Act, a resolution will be tabled at the Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting to confirm the appointment of EY as the Company’s auditor.

The Board takes this opportunity to thank Grant Thornton for their past assistance and professional services provided to the Company as auditor.
