ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
AGM Date and Closing Date For Director Nominations
FireFly Metals Ltd (FFM:ASX) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Annual General Meeting of the Company ( AGM ) will be held on Tuesday, 19 November 2024.
An item of business at the AGM will be the election and re-election of certain directors. In accordance with article 7.5(d) of the Company's Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Monday, 30 September 2024.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Monday, 30 September 2024.
