Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the above referred Regulations, we wish to inform you that pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, has approved the appointment of Mr. Siddhesh Mandke as a Compliance Officer who is a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with immediate effect.

Further the details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure I.
