Ref: Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 30(4) (i) read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") at its Meeting held on 28th May 2026 has approved: -

1. Elevation of Mr. Mahesh Viswanathan currently designated as Dy. CEO & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company with effect from 1st June 2026. (Annexure A & B)
2. Appointment of Mr. Sachin Naik as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 1st June 2026. (Annexure C)

The information as required under regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is attached as 'Annexure A, B & C' respectively.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2.00 p.m concluded at 4:30 p.m.
