Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 24A and 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, pursuant to the recommendation of Audit Committee held on 28[th] May,2025, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, has approved the appointment of M/s. Jog Limaye & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company, for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-2030, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Details as required under the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are being furnished in an Annexure, attached hereto.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.20 p.m concluded at 02:45 p.m.
