Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") at its Meeting held on 12th September, 2024 has appointed Ms. Anita Utamsingh (DIN- 01680585) as an Additional Director in the category of Non- Executive-Non-Independent director of the Company with effect from 12th September, 2024 on the Board. The said appointment will be subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.

Details as required under the aforesaid SEBI Circular are being furnished in an Annexure, attached hereto.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 10.00 a.m concluded at 10:35 a.m.
