Pursuant to the Scrutinizer's Report dated 15th November, 2024 we wish to inform you that following have been appointed on the Board of the Company -
(i) Mr. Pravin Ahire (DIN- 10796692) as a Director in the category of Whole time director of the Company with effect from 14th October, 2024 on the Board. Details of his appointment as required under the regulations are as stated in our earlier disclosure dated 14th October 2024.
Following have ceased to be Directors on the Board of the Company w.e.f., 14th November, 2024.
- (ii) Ms. Lipi Todi (DIN- 07142496) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director
- (iii) Mr. Anoop Krishna (DIN- 08068261) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director
- (iv) Mr. Sanjay Mathur (DIN- 00029858) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director
