Pursuant to the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) at its Meeting held on 20[th] March, 2024 has appointed Mr. Shane Gaiomurd Pedder (DIN- 03595409) as an Additional Director in the category of NonExecutive-Non-Independent director of the Company with effect from 20[th] March, 2024 on the Board. The said appointment will be subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
