Pursuant to our earlier intimations dated 2[nd] October 2023 and 13[th] October 2023 declaring voting results in respect of item no. 4 pertaining to the Re-appointment of Mr. Deepak Chhabria as a Whole Time Director designated as “ Executive Chairman ” of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) years with effect from 1[st] July 2023 to 30[th] June 2028 proposed in the 55[th] Annual General Meeting held on 29[th] September 2023, and subsequent intimations dated 14[th] October 2023 and 17[th] October 2023 informing and submitting copies of Orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in this regard, we further wish to inform you that Mr. Deepak Chhabria ceased to be Whole Time Director designated as “ Executive Chairman ” of the Company with effect from 16[th] October 2023.

Further, we wish to inform you that the Board at its meeting held today, appointed Mr. Nikhil Naik- NonExecutive Director of the Company as Chairman of the Board with immediate effect and until conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
