Mrs Kavita Bhaskar Upadhyay (DIN: 08333952) aged about 31 years, is a qualified M.Com., Chartered Accountant, and has over a decade of experience in the field of Accounting, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Transfer Pricing and Tax Compliances and has also helped a lot of start-ups by acting a "Virtual CFO" and lending her expertise's to various companies. She also has an implicit understanding of the unique needs of the blossoming tech industry. She is an Independent Woman Director on the Board of Director of Man Infraconstruction Limited and is also a Member of its Audit committee.
