- − dichiarazione relativa alle candidature e attestazione del possesso dei requisiti normativi e statutari per l'assunzione delle cariche;

FinecoBank informs that, in relation to item 3 on the Agenda of the Ordinary Part ("Completion of the Board of Statutory Auditors") of the Shareholders' Meeting convened on April 11, 2018, it has received on March 23, 2018, the candidacies for the completion of the Board of Statutory Auditors of FinecoBank submitted by several asset management companies and institutional investors.
For the above candidacies the following documentation, published on the Company's website ("Governance/Shareholders' Meeting" Section), on the website of the accredited storage system managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A. - − a declaration regarding the candidacies and a statement concerning their possessing the necessary requirements, according to both current provisions and the Articles of Association, to take on the office;
