FIMBank announces that during the Board meeting held on the 10 November 2021, a resolution was passed to close its branch in Athens, Greece. The established time frame for the closure of such branch is anticipated to take place within the first quarter of 2022.
FIMBank further announces that this course of action is part of the restructuring plan it set into motion a few years ago and forms part of the FIMBank Group's revised strategy, intended to focus on consolidation in selected markets.
